Chickpea Stew

Mutton is roasted with onions. Pre-prepared veal, onion, butter, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and cumin are placed in the pot together with chickpeas. Pepper paste and tomato paste are added together with the broth and water. After this mixture is cooked in the tandoor, it is served.
