Çılbır
To make Çılbır, water, salt and vinegar are put in a large pot and boiled. When the water boils, the eggs are broken one by one by keeping them close to the water. Eggs should not stick together. After 5 minutes, the cooked eggs are taken out of the water with a colander. The water is thoroughly drained and placed on a serving plate and whipped yogurt is poured over it. In a pan, melt the butter and burn it in cayenne pepper. This sauce is poured over yogurt and served.
