Cimin's Grape

It grows in the Erzincan (cimin) region, is black in color, flat-oval in shape, weighs an average of 3-4 g, has an average number of seeds of 1-4, has a medium shell thickness, has a sweet-tart aroma, is conical in shape, densely dense, and has a cluster size of 300-1500 g. It is a type of grape.

Characteristics: It comes from factors such as the geographical situation specific to the region, climate characteristics, humidity, temperature and wind.

Climate Features: The most beneficial rainfalls; winter, early spring and autumn rainfall following harvest. It is the rain that falls during the dry summer period, when mole falls on the grapes, in a way that does not cause the emergence of fungal diseases. The need for water and irrigation of vineyards starts from the beginning of June and continues until the middle of September. The highest water requirement is the beginning of July and the first week of August.
