Cırık Dessert
This local dessert, which is unique to Devrekani district of Kastamonu, is known as lokma dessert in other places. It can be served with chocolate or marmalade to increase the flavor of the pastry and syrup-filled cirik dessert. The dessert, which is the flavor of the Ottoman Palace Cuisine and known as the palace bite, was named "cirk" dessert by the people of Kastamonu because it sounded like "cirk, cirk".
