Çorti Aşı
Çorti is pickled sauerkraut, but it is not made with vinegar. To make the Çorti vaccine, put the meat with bones and fat in a large pot. On top of that, a large amount of çorti and doğme are added, some water is taken and left to cook. It continues until the meat is cooked. Çorti vaccine is a dish that is usually enjoyed in winter in our region. Adding some garlic or pepper to it increases the flavor of the dish.
