Courgette Pilaf

Diced zucchini, green pepper and chopped onions are fried in olive oil. Add grated tomatoes, pepper paste and finely chopped mint and fry for 1-2 more minutes. Add bulgur for rice with washed tomatoes and add enough water to rise above it. After boiling, it is cooked on low heat until the water is absorbed.
