Çullama Meatballs

Ground beef, grated onion, bulgur, finely chopped parsley, egg, salt and pepper are put in a bowl and kneaded. Egg-sized pieces are taken, shaped into round meatballs and boiled. On the other hand, flour is added to the eggs little by little until they become thick. A slurry is made by adding some salt.
