Dövmeç

Dövmeç, which is thought to have survived from the Nemrud kingdom to the present day, is also known as the 'king of appetizers'. First of all, eggplant, tomatoes and peppers are baked and their skins are peeled. It is crushed well with the help of a mixer, and the garlic is crushed and added to this mixture, salt is added. The prepared mixture is placed in a glass baking dish and butter is added in small pieces by smoothing the top with the help of a spoon. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
