Dul Avrat Soup

The story of the widow's soup is quite sad. The woman, who lost her husband years ago, was in a very difficult situation financially. She has a hard time feeding her children, she can't get anything to eat. She gathered all she had now and boiled it all in water. The resulting dish was named after a while, widowed avrat soup. Soup is usually prepared by adding chickpeas, lentils, tomato paste, flour, water and oil.
