Duvaklı Rice
It consists of ground beef, Karacadağ rice, almonds, butter, salt, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon and water. It is one of the dishes given at the wedding dinner in Diyarbakır. Diyarbakır Veiled Pilaf was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office on 07.06.2022 and received a geographical indication.
