Düzce Meatballs
The most important feature that distinguishes Düzce Meatballs from other types of meatballs is that the meat used in the production of the meatballs in question is obtained from veal or lamb meat grown in the natural environment and by feeding in the Düzce highlands, which have a unique flora. No oil is added to Düzce Meatballs other than its own oil. Only a small amount of spices and a suitable amount of cornmeal are added instead of bread.
