Ecevit Soup
At a point close to the Küre district of Kastamonu, there is the Ecevit Pass. Ecevit soup is a flavor that has been made for 700 years in Ecevit mansion, which is located close to the passage. For this reason, it is among the most important flavors of Kastamonu soup culture. When Mustafa Kemal Atatürk visited Kastamonu in 1925, Ecevit soup was offered to him.
