Egg Ispit

Sprats are washed, boiled and filtered. Finely chopped onions are fried in vegetable oil. Paprika is added. After frying for a few more minutes, the boiled spits are added. Fried for another 5 minutes. Eggs are broken on it. Salt and pepper are added and cooked again. It is served after cooking.
