Etli Ekmek
Etli Ekmek is one of the famous tastes of Kastamonu. Minced meat is spread on thin dough and cooked on a sheet metal. It is possible to find Etli Ekmek in every house and generally in every restaurant in Kastamonu. The flavor, which is a mixture of pastry and meat dishes, has a very different taste and appearance than Konya's meat bread.
