Apart from Ardahan, the local dish, which is frequently made in Erzincan, is made with evelik leaf, which is one of the very useful vegetables. The dish, which is made by frying the boiled leaves with boiled lentils and onions after they are freshly picked and cleaned, is usually ready to be served by adding potatoes and tomato paste sauce.
