Falafel
Falafel is a Middle Eastern dish made with chickpeas, broad beans, or both, shaped into balls or meatballs and deep fried in oil. It is usually served in pita, loaf of bread or tabun bread. Salads, pickles, hot sauces and tahini sauces can be poured over the falafel meatballs. Falafel meatballs can be eaten alone as a snack or served with different appetizers.
Falafel is a common street food consumed all over the Middle East.
