Feselli
One of the pastry flavors of Ardahan, also known as kete, feseli is a very easy hand-made bread. Usually made plain, fesel can also be made sweet with tahini upon request. You can also consume fesel, which goes well with any kind of meal, plain with a freshly brewed tea.
