Bringing together the figs produced in the Aegean Region, which has adorned Anatolian tables for centuries, with milk, the people of Sakarya do not miss the fig uyuşturma dessert, which has become one of the local delicacies of the city. The people of Sakarya show great interest in this flavor, which is the combination of figs, milk and sugar. Fig uyuşturma  is left to sleep for about two hours after the milk is boiled and the ingredients are put into it, then walnuts are added to it and served.
