Foam Halvah
"Foam Halva", one of the traditional flavors of Kütahya and especially preferred to be consumed in the winter season, consists of a mixture of sugar, lemon salt and celandine. This flavor, which is made by beating for long hours, was registered in 2020 with the name of "Kütahya Foam Halva" by obtaining a geographical indication certificate.
