Georgian Dumplings (Hinkali)
                                    It is a type of ravioli specific to Georgian cuisine. After the stuffing prepared with minced meat is placed on the thinly rolled dough, the dough is collected like a bundle and the tip is tightened. The hinkali cooked in boiling water is served hot with its water.
