Gole Cheddar Cheese
Like Kars' famous cheddar cheese, Ardahan's Göle cheddar is just as famous. Kashar cheese, which is made with the milk of grazing cows in Göle, where no fertilizers and pesticides are used in Ardahan, is made in 16 large dairy farms of Ardahan. Kashar cheese, which is sold in Istanbul and many other cities, adds a different flavor to every meal, from breakfast to dinner.
