Gömme
Gömme is made especially in the winter season and is included in the traditional cuisine of the province. Contains buttermilk, supplement and garlic. The resulting dough is poured onto the heated phyllo, covered with another phyllo and left to cook. The cooked dough is chopped and garlic buttermilk is poured on it. There are funeral dishes and meals that are consumed in the province and its surroundings and which are somewhat troublesome to prepare.
