Gulol Meal

It is made with yogurt, rice, oil, molasses and roasted flour. Yogurt, which has been crushed into ayran, is put in the stove and mixed until it boils. When it boils, rice is added into it and kept on fire until it thickens and solidifies. When it solidifies, the food taken from the stove is placed on serving plates. The middle of the dish is made into a pit, oil is poured into this pit and flour is sprinkled around it. If desired, molasses can be poured into the pit in the middle.
