Haçapuri
Haçapuri is a traditional Georgian dish, a pita with cheese. Haçapuri is in the shape of a boat in the Adjara region. It is round in shape in the Imereti region and throughout Georgia.
It is also widely consumed in other post-Soviet countries and Israel.
