Halim Soup

Ingredients:

* 1 cup boiled chickpeas

* 1 water glass of soaked wheat (halved wheat) from the evening

* 1 lt. broth

* 500 g of mutton with bones

* 1.5 tablespoon butter or margarine

* 2 finely chopped onions

* 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste

* Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dry mint

Preparation: Melt half of the oil in a large pot and put the meat in it, fry it a little, put the broth on it, when it starts to boil, add the chickpeas, add the yarmma, leave it to boil, when the yarmma and meat are cooked, heat the oil in the pan, fry the onions in this oil until pink, add the tomato paste, pour the roasted ingredients into the soup, boil until the meat is cooked, add salt and spices when the soup is cooked. Serve hot and warm.
