Ingredients For Anchovy Rice Recipe

1.5 kilos of anchovies

1 cup corn flour

Butter

Salt

Inner pilaf

2 cups rice

2 cups of hot water

4 onions

1.5 teaspoon salt

Half a tea glass of salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon chili pepper

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tea glass of currants

Half a bunch of parsley

You can increase or decrease the spices according to your taste

Sort the anchovies, remove the bones, salt them and set them aside.

Let the rice soak in water for half an hour.

Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and chop four onions.

Add the rice to the roasted onions and roast it with the onions for a while.

Add 2 glasses of hot water and salt and let it steep.

Add spices, currants and parsley to the steeped rice and let it steep again.

First, let's grease the pan with butter and flour the anchovies and start laying them on the top edge of the pan.

Let's start laying them inward, without leaving any space between them, since the anchovies shrink when cooked, there should be no gaps.

When the stacking process is finished, let's pour the brewed rice into it, let's arrange the remaining anchovies on it, again, let's arrange them so that there is no space.

Pour a little oil from the edge of the pan and cook over low heat, let's cook until golden brown. Bon Appetit
