Harco Soup

It is similar to the Georgian national soup, Harço, rice noodle soup, but it contains cubed meat. It also has leaves similar to parsley on it. But these are not parsley, but coriander. Fresh coriander herb is also not used much in Turkish cuisine, but its seed is often used with almond candy at weddings.
