Haside
Haside is a kind of flour halva. In some regions, similar desserts are called Hoşmerim. It is made with acid starch, which is a similar dessert in Ottoman cuisine. Konya Haside Dessert was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in 2021 and received a geographical indication.
