Haşıl

An interesting dish that takes its place in our Ardahan local dishes list, scallion takes its place on the tables in almost all regions of Anatolia. The meal, which is optionally made with wheat or bulgur, is made by pouring yoghurt with garlic and melted butter in the middle of the boiled findings. This very delicious dish is eaten in the middle of the table.
