Haveydi Meatballs
Haveydi meatballs, one of the local flavors of Gaziantep, is one of the special dishes that has taken its place in the Southeastern Anatolian and Eastern Anatolian cuisines. It is also called Antep-style fatty meatballs. It is one of the most popular types of meatballs.
In meatballs; bulgur, hot water, onion, butter, tomato paste, dry onion, parsley, salt, red pepper and black pepper are used. It is a very satisfying and delicious meal.
