Hemp Halva
Hemp halva is a type of halva. Roasted hemp seeds are roasted again with walnut kernels, almond kernels and peanut kernels. Boiling grape molasses is added to it. Then, it is cooled in a tray whose base is covered with chickpea powder. Konya Hemp Halva was registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office in 2021 and received a geographical indication.
