Hengel
Hengel, hangel or hingel is a kind of hearty ravioli that originated in the Caucasus. It is made in Artvin and its surroundings, Ardahan, Çorum, Ağrı, Eastern Black Sea, Erzurum and Kars in Turkey. It is known with a similar name in almost all parts of the Caucasus, especially in Dagestan.
