Hengel
Hengel, which is actually a kind of ravioli, is made by cutting dough into squares and closing them in a triangular shape. Just like ravioli, hengel, in which a stuffing with minced meat is added, is fried in the oven or boiled in water, if desired. The meal, which usually takes its place on the tables at dinner, is served by pouring yoghurt and hot sauce on it.
