Hıngel
Hıngel, which differs from ravioli with its large shape and the way it is eaten, is served with yoghurt and vinegar water in separate bowls as well as boiled in water as a traditional way of eating. Apple cider vinegar is preferred. Hıngel is eaten dipped in prepared sauces. Today, those who care about visual presentation add yogurt sauce on top and serve it in the look of normal mantı.
