It is harvested in late September and early October. Cooking time is very short. When it is cooked, it peels off and is incremental. Its flavor and aroma are unique to the region, leaving a taste that will make you a habit. Our Hınıs Beans, whose gas rate is as low as zero, is also preferred because it does not cause stomach bloating.
