Höşmerim

In a saucepan, unsalted cheese is crushed with a wooden spoon and placed on the stove. It is stirred and boiled until it reaches the consistency of milk. Then, flour is added little by little to form an earlobe. A tablespoon of butter is put in it and removed from the stove. It is then fed into the dough with a wooden spoon. The material is spread in a thickness of 1 cm on the greased tray and patterned with a wooden spoon and put into the oven. After it turns pink, it is taken out of the oven and placed on plates and syrup is poured over it.
