Hünkar Cone
Hünkar's cone, one of Hatay's old desserts, looks like a croissant. Flour is poured on a counter, the middle is opened. The flour is kneaded with salt and water. After kneading, the dough is rolled out. It contains oil. The dough is then rolled out again. After opening, the dough is rested. After resting, the dough is finished and rolled into individual molds. After wrapping, it is given to the oven. After the cooking process is finished, it is separated from the molds one by one. After the baked dough cools down, the cream is filled. After filling it, the Sultan's Cone is ready.
