Linden heights can reach up to 20-30 m. Its leaves, which vary in size from 5-10 cm, are generally heart-shaped and crooked, with toothed edges and long stems. The drooping inflorescences have a yellowish color and a characteristic odor. These late blooming flowers (June-July) are dried and drunk as tea. It yields a white and light wood that is valuable in chopping. The fibers in the linden bark are used in rope and coarse weaving. It is also an important source of nectar in beekeeping. The flower states are used medicinally. Linden flower is used in tea form as a sedative, diuretic and expectorant. Linden flower bath also has soothing properties.
