İlibada Wrap

The knot is mixed with the pulled goce. Half a glass of liquid oil is put in the pot and finely chopped onion is added into it. Roast until it turns pink. Flour is added. A mixture of bulgur and rolled goce is added to the roasted onions and cooked with a small amount of water. Add salt, dried mint and red pepper. Labada is lightly boiled. The prepared mortar is wrapped with labada in the shape of an amulet, placed in a pot, water is added and cooked. Tomato paste is added to the oil heated in the pan, and mint and red pepper are added to it. Garlic yoghurt is poured over the cooked stuffed meat and then the prepared sauce is served.
