İmçerket Dessert
The fried katmer dough is dipped in sugar and served. It can also be said that this dessert, which is served in a crispy way, is extremely light. Eggs, flour and yogurt are kneaded until they have the consistency of an earlobe. This dough, to which very little salt is added, is cut into small pieces under a wet cloth. This dessert, which is served with granulated sugar after cooling, becomes a delicious taste with powdered sugar.
