İncasiye

Incasiye, which is not known much outside of the Mardin region but is actually one of the dishes that is frequently made in the past, is a flavor that has made its name in the Ottoman palace cuisine with its medicinal aspect. Unlike the alluciye dish, the dish made with prunes instead of green plums creates a wonderful taste with cubed meats.
