Iron Dessert
Demir dessert is a traditional dessert specific to Ulubey district of Uşak. Demir dessert gets its name from the way it is cooked. First, the dough is shaped with an iron mold. Then the shaped dough is fried in oil. The last stage is to dip the fried dough in syrup and sweeten it.
