Kabataş Halva
Kabataş Halva, named after the town where it was produced, is a special dessert unique to the region. This traditional dessert, which has been produced for many years thanks to the generations inherited from the grandfather and father, has found the attention it deserves with the effort to produce an alternative product to hazelnut. Homemade molasses and walnuts are used in its production.
