Kadayıf
Kadayıf, also known as tel kadayif, is one of the most important desserts of the entire Southeastern Anatolia Region and Gaziantep. It is a dessert made on dough made with flour and water. The much-loved kadayif dessert is among the special desserts that Gaziantep offers, such as baklava and şöbiyet.
