Konya Kakırdaklı Pastry is a pastry produced as a result of adding a mixture of kakırdak (roasted tail oil), dry onion, tomato, green pepper, parsley, enema and chili peppers into a dough with a soft consistency bordering on pastry wheat flour, milk, fresh yeast and white sugar, and then cooking.
