Kalbur Hurma
Kalbur Persimmon is one of the traditional dishes of the province. Required ingredients include eggs, yogurt, milk, oil, baking powder, salt, and flour. With these ingredients, the dough is kneaded in the consistency of an earlobe. Walnut-sized dough is taken and patterns are made on a grater, fried and baked. Sieve dates, which are very easy to make, are one of the foods that the local people love to consume.
