Kalburabastı

The griddle got this name because the dough was pressed into a sieve or colander. It is a sweet dessert. Margarine, flour, yoghurt, oil, eggs, baking powder, walnut kernels are used as materials for the dough. Powdered sugar, water and lemon juice are used for sherbet.
