Katlama
A soft dough is made with flour, salt and water, separated into meringues and rested. The meringues are opened in the form of phyllo and oil is applied on them. It is folded in the form of a bundle, oil is applied to each layer during folding, and it is rested for 5 10 minutes. It is opened again so that it is not very thin and cooked by turning it upside down on the sheet. Oil is applied on both sides during cooking. It is served hot.
