Kaygana
Ingredients for making
3 eggs
Half a bunch of parsley
2 sprigs of green onion
1 cup flour
Half teaspoon salt
Half a glass of milk
Half a glass of water
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk
Whisk the flour, milk and salt in a separate bowl and add the egg and mix.
Finely chop the washed parsley and spring onion and add them.
While mixing, add the water little by little. Get a dough with the consistency of boza.
Put enough oil in a pan with a non-stick bottom to cover the whole surface.
Take a ladle from the dough and pour it into the oil in the pan.
Cook the dough, the thickness of which is determined by yourself, over medium heat, over and under.
Put the mixture in the pan by adding oil each time.
Serve the cooked kayganas with the ingredients of your choice. Bon Appetit...
