It is possible to find it as a main dish in homes, restaurants and everywhere. Kayseri ravioli is a kind of delicacy that you can eat on special occasions or whenever you want. Ravioli dish has become a flavor that spread all over Anatolia from Kayseri. Kayseri ravioli contains minced meat. After the dough prepared by hand is rolled out, it is divided into small squares. The mortar prepared with minced meat is put into it. Small is fine. It is desirable that it be small enough to fit 40 in a spoon. It is prepared more juicy than other ravioli. It is cooked in a sauce prepared with water, tomato paste and oil. It is important to add sumac and basil as spices. It is served with yogurt sauce. If desired, yogurt with or without garlic can be preferred.
